Aviation Academy: Multidisciplinary Center for Aeronautical Studies in Sicily
Multidisciplinary University Master's Programs in Aeronautics - Advanced Training Courses - Career Guidance - Counseling - Tutoring
Aviation Academy is a Maintenance Training Organization (MTO) certified under EASA/ENAC Part 147 (certificate number IT.147.0023) that provides specialized training in aircraft maintenance in accordance with EASA Part-66 regulations.
Enrollment in the basic training courses allows students to apply for the LMA Aircraft Maintenance Technician license, provided that they have gained sufficient practical experience at Part 145-certified companies operating in the aircraft maintenance sector.
The LMA is issued by the competent authority, ENAC, after the candidate has completed all theoretical modules and acquired the practical experience required by current regulations. A certified technician is authorized to sign Certificates of Release to Service for aircraft for which they hold the relevant qualification.
Aviation Academy aims to provide training, career guidance, consulting, and specialized multidisciplinary mentoring services in the aviation sector.
We are the only multidisciplinary center in Sicily dedicated to certified professional aviation training.
Another aspect that sets us apart is our ability to identify and nurture the individual strengths of our students, thereby guiding them toward the most suitable educational paths for a successful future in the aviation industry.
We provide all the tools needed to help students acquire a broad-based, technically advanced aviation education, supporting them throughout their entire course of study until they obtain their certifications.
All courses, seminars, workshops, and training tutoring activities are based on and structured around the expertise of our partners and our qualified instructors, who come from the professional aviation sector, including: flight schools, ENAC-authorized training centers, UAV operators, airline pilots, mechanical engineers, aeronautical/aerospace engineers, electronics engineers, flight instructors, and certified maintenance technicians who practice and work in the civil aviation sector.
Through theoretical lectures, practical activities, and educational workshops, the courses aim to equip students with high-level professional aviation skills, thereby facilitating their entry into the workforce upon completion of the training program .
We are an innovative digital skills startup that also provides multidisciplinary digital training in the aviation sector.
We also specialize in the interactive multimedia digitization of content specifically related to the aviation technical and professional sector. We can convert and implement any aviation training course into a distance learning course, computer-based training (CBT), interactive e-books, webinars, and much more.
We are constantly committed to improving, innovating, updating, researching, adapting, and experimenting with new teaching methods and technologies designed to enhance and streamline learning pathways, thereby becoming pioneers and trailblazers in the application of new digital technologies in the field of technical education.
The Boeing Company is the world's leading aerospace manufacturer and the largest producer of commercial and military aircraft.
The company provides a wide range of support services to airlines and military forces.
It has customers in over 90 countries. Boeing has more than 168,000 employees in 65 countries; it generated revenue of $86.6 billion in 2013.
Italy is Boeing’s second-largest European industrial supplier (excluding aircraft engines)—the collaboration includes partnerships with Finmeccanica and its operating companies such as Alenia Aeronautica (for the 787 Dreamliner) and AgustaWestland (for the new ICH-47F helicopters destined for the Army).
The aviation industry will create 790,000 jobs for pilots, 745,000 for technicians, and 890,000 for flight attendants over the next 20 years. In Europe alone, 127,000 aircraft maintenance technicians are needed. It’s becoming increasingly difficult to find work on the ground. The time has come to look to the skies.
The future of work is in the skies; demand for pilots, flight attendants, and aviation technicians is on the rise, as confirmed by official projections from *Boeing and the IATA (International Air Transport Association).
