Anyone performing maintenance on an aircraft must be competent and qualified. The course complies with EU Regulation 1321/2014 of the European Commission of November 26, 2014, and EU Regulation No. 216/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of February 20, 2008, Parts 66 and 147.

THE COURSE

The Post-Diploma Advanced Professional Specialization Course for Airline Aircraft Maintenance Technicians [Aircraft Cat. B1.1 – Avionics Cat. B2] includes theoretical and practical training hours in the hangar. The theoretical portion is delivered in a classroom or via online webinar with an instructor present, for a total of 540 training hours. At the end of each module, students take the corresponding exam to obtain the Certificate of Recognition (CoR). Students will be provided with manuals for studying the various subjects. The practical component is conducted in laboratories or at approved aircraft maintenance facilities, for a total of 54 days of instruction by the practical instructor. At the conclusion of the practical training, students will take the assessments required by the program.
